February is critical in terms of New Year's resolutions. January was full of enthusiasm and a daring vision. But for many, a month later it feels like those resolutions are far behind, even surreal.
🚧 Constraints and unexpected challenges in our daily routine can quickly erode our motivation, and it’s easy to lose that transformative momentum.
👆 If this resonates with you, don't get discouraged! It's part of the process: making long-lasting changes is rarely simple or easy.
So here are a couple of tips to stay on track:
1️⃣ Divide the process into successive phases, and focus on one step at a time.
Even people who scale Mount Everest do it in stages. How many stages do you need to reach the top? What is the next step?
2️⃣ Avoid miracle solutions promising instant results like "wake up at 5 a.m. to be doubly more productive."
For lasting changes, adopt a personalized, progressive, and realistic approach that takes into account your professional, personal, and family situation.
It's not about "pushing yourself to the limit" for a few days and collapsing shortly after, quite the opposite. Think marathon, not sprint.

3️⃣ Adopt regular behaviors so they become habits.
Over time, they will require little effort and become effective levers to achieve your goals.
4️⃣ Remember that often, small victories reinforce your confidence and motivation, and this will spillover in other aspects of your life.
